Vegan Spicy Tofu Bowl
Ingredients:
2 tbsp Vegan Chile Paste
1 block extra-firm tofu (cubed)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 cup cooked jasmine rice
1 cup steamed greens (bok choy, spinach, or kale)
1 tsp lime juice
Instructions:
Pan-fry tofu in olive oil until golden.
Add Vegan Chile Paste and cook for 2–3 minutes to coat.
Serve tofu over rice with steamed greens.
Drizzle with lime juice before serving.
